Who is Owen?
My college search was guided by one key focus: schools that were recruiting me to play basketball. Illinois Tech was one of those schools, but my time here has opened my eyes to so much more than what happens on the court. I’ve expanded my worldview, picked up new skills and hobbies, and am building a career path in finance.
That’s Interesting
I’ve learned to speak Arabic, halfway, because I have some Arabic friends here who have been teaching me. I’ve made a lot of friends here whose culture was very interesting, and I wanted to learn more about it.
